Elevate day-to-day retail operations as the Retail Operations Coordinator for Cascadia Liquor and Flight Cannabis. This full time on-site role focuses on coordination, support, and operational excellence.
As a key part of the team, you will help manage crucial operational programs and health & safety initiatives while supporting the Senior Manager in reporting and compliance. Your role will directly impact both brands by ensuring effective communication and maintaining operational standards across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support execution of brand standards and promotional initiatives
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and project activities
• Maintain operations manuals to uphold SOP compliance




• Collect and analyze guest feedback for improvements
• Act as a liaison between store teams and support departments
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in business administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail operations
• Familiarity with Health & Safety standards preferred
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and documentation management
