As an SMT Operator, you'll be responsible for operating various surface mount assembly equipment, including the setup of printers and pick and place machines. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards and efficiency within the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate SMT machinery for printed circuit assemblies
• Set up and program machine equipment accurately




• Analyze and correct machine error messages
• Maintain high-quality standards in all processes
• Document work in the shopfloor MES system
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous SMT or electronics assembly experience
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
• Positive communication skills in business English
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
