StepStones for Youth is looking for mentors aged 25 and older located in the GTA, Durham, Peel, or York regions. As a mentor, you will meet your youth mentee every 2-3 weeks for 3-4 hours, participating in enriching activities. We seek candidates who are passionate about guiding young people and can commit to at least three years, building a reliable presence in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a trusting relationship with mentees
• Engage in activities such as meals and local exploration
• Provide ongoing support through regular meetings




• Attend training sessions and fulfill documentation needs
• Help youth set and achieve personal goals
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 25 years
• Located in the GTA, Durham, Peel, or York
• Commit to a minimum of three years, lifelong preferred
• Reliable, patient, and passionate about youth development
• Complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
