Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager, Hourly , is a key member of the management team. You will play an essential role in leading all aspects of the store’s business, supporting daily operations, and ensuring anexceptional customer experience. You’llsupport recruitment, training, coaching, and may assist with scheduling to helpbuild and lead a high-performing team that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Store Management Team indelivering company objectives, sales goals, and key initiatives.
- Drive key performance indicators(KPIs) and maintain high productivity standards.
- Provide exceptional customerexperiences by modeling customer-first behaviours and following the customerservice program.
- Promote brand loyalty by introducingand enrolling customers in the loyalty program.
- Actively coach and motivate salesassociates to drive results and deliver outstanding service.
- Participate in recruitment efforts andprovide onboarding, training, and performance coaching to store associates.




- Oversee store visual standards andexecute visual directives, ensuring a clean, well-merchandised, and organizedenvironment.
- Assist in planning and preparing store staff schedules, as required.
- Ensure store safety and cleanlinessfor both our team and customers, following all loss prevention and operationalprocedures.
- Process customer transactions quicklyand accurately at the point of sale.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workenvironment that reflects company values and encourages team success.
- Performother duties as assigned to support overall store success.

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership orsupervisory role.
- Provenability to drive sales and meet performance targets through effective coachingand leadership.
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence,and motivate a team.
- Excellentcustomer service and selling skills, with a passion for creating exceptionalshopping experiences.
- Experiencewith store operations, including scheduling, merchandising, visual standards,and opening/closing procedures.
- Solidunderstanding of retail KPIs, sales reporting, and performance management.
- Highattention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortableworking in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Mustbe able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move andhandle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughoutthe store
- Flexibleavailability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
