In this key role, you will perform essential maintenance and repairs at Crossroads Residential Services and other facilities. You will be responsible for property inspections, completing work orders promptly, and maintaining equipment and tools. Additionally, you'll organize supplies, supervise students and volunteers, and maintain records for all tasks performed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete facility work orders for repairs and maintenance
• Ensure external property is protected and clean year-round
• Supervise summer students and volunteers effectively




• Perform daily logs of maintenance and grounds keeping tasks
• Communicate with vendors and contractors as necessary
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
• Satisfactory Police Information Check
• Experience with maintenance procedures and tools
• First Aid/CPR and WHMIS training required
