Deliver compassionate resident care as a Health Care Aide with AgeCare. You will work collaboratively with a care team under the guidance of a Licensed Practical Nurse, focusing on resident safety and well-being.
As a Health Care Aide, you will utilize your training to provide essential support to residents. You will observe and report on changes in resident conditions, contribute to Nursing Care Plans, and assist residents in community activities. Your role is vital in ensuring that each resident receives personalized care tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide resident-focused care within your scope of practice
• Observe and report changes in resident status
• Assist in the development of individual Nursing Care Plans




• Help residents with mobility and community engagement
• Ensure safety and report any hazardous activities
Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program
• Experience with seniors in health services
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Current Basic Life Support certification recommended
• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Sector Check
