Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver audiovisual tech services, including video conferencing support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time




• Manage event logistics, including room and equipment bookings
• Install and maintain AV systems and infrastructure
• Oversee equipment lifecycle management and procurement
Requirements:
• Completion of a community college program in multimedia
• 3-4 years practical AV experience preferred
• Solid organizational and communication skills
