As part of the legal team, you will report to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Your responsibilities will include policy writing, compliance program oversight, and conducting compliance audits internationally. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate MSAs, NDAs,
and vendor agreements • Develop and document compliance programs and policies • Plan and execute audits in various jurisdictions • Support privacy initiatives and data protection compliance • Maintain compliance records and create management reports
Requirements: • 2-5 years' experience in compliance or corporate law • Admission to the bar in any jurisdiction preferred • Familiarity with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks • Strong communication and drafting abilities • Comfort with complex regulatory environments
