Hexagon seeks an experienced Senior Director, Global People & Culture Advisory & Operations. You will develop a dynamic P&C; advisory strategy that aligns with Hexagon's business goals while managing a high-performing global team. Your expertise will enable you to address complex employee relations issues and improve service delivery models throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement global People & Culture advisory strategies • Lead and coach a high-performing global P&C; Advisory team • Serve as the escalation point for employee relations matters • Drive improvements in P&C; processes and delivery models • Establish governance frameworks for compliance and consistency

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field • 12+ years of progressive HR experience • 10+ years of leadership in global HR operations • Deep knowledge of employment legislation • Solid consulting and stakeholder management skills
