This temporary role encompasses the assessment and management of nutritional needs to reduce complications in hospitalized patients. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is key, along with developing individualized care plans. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, Dietetic Internship, and 1-3 years of dietetic practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess biochemical and dietary health data of patients
• Develop and implement nutrition care strategies
• Offer education tailored to patient needs and comprehension




• Track patient care outcomes and adjust plans accordingly
• Engage in research and quality assurance projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics with internship completion
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• 1 to 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Ability to work sensitively with senior populations
• Commitment to professional development and quality care
