I nformation and Information Technology (I⁢) Division is currently seeking an Oracle Fusion Developer with a focus on HCM/HRIS to join our quick, highly productive team. As an Oracle Developer, you will assist in the design, development, and implementation of HCM/HRIS solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud. Responsibilities will also include the use of tools and utilities such as Oracle Workflow and cloud platforms/tools like OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader), and FBDI (File Based Data Import).

The successful candidate will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design, with a specific focus on HCM/HRIS modules and functionalities.

What You Will Do :

- Configure Oracle Fusion application modules and execute end-to-end unit testing.
- Develop standard and custom solutions, internal & third-party integrations, reporting, conversions, migrations, and upgrades in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and HRIS.
- Partner with peer developers, analysts, and system administrators to diagnose and implement enhancements, projects, patches, and bug fixes.
- Work with functional SME’s and stakeholders in designing, data conversions, reports,



and integrations as per defined requirements.
- Maintain and improve AGCO’s business applications and conduct Technical Feasibility.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications.
- Walk through the system with the tester to let them know what is being delivered, any related changes, and any areas that are not completed, so that bugs are not logged in those areas.
- Partner with Quality and Support Team throughout the development process and quickly respond to bugs and errors identified by Quality and Support Analysts.
- Provide quality documentation throughout the project.
- Monitor and evaluate application performance, reliability, and security.
- Makes recommendations on improvements to the systems where there may be performance issues, security risks, unreliable systems, or unstable applications.

You Have:

- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end implementations and/or support of Oracle Cloud Fusion / Oracle HCM / HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and functionalities
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Cloud modules and integration technologies (SOA and/or ics)
- Experience with integration using web services / REST APIs
- Oracle PL/SQL development experience and ability to write SQL queries
- Proven experience in system troubleshooting and supporting end users/customers in a timely manner
- The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Canada and will be subject to a criminal background check.
