This position also involves transforming retail showrooms in Calgary, Toronto, and Indianapolis into local gathering spots for strength enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage authentically in online fitness communities




• Run grassroots gym seeding programs across target markets
• Build and manage local ambassador programs
• Coordinate community sponsorships and brand localization
• Develop showrooms into hubs for local events
Requirements:
• 3+ years in community management or grassroots marketing
• Established presence in the strength community
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%
