Key Responsibilities:
• Develop client care plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Conduct and document mental health and substance use evaluations




• Respond to medical emergencies and manage crisis interventions
• Collaborate in client case conferences and team discussions
• Support medication management and treatment interventions
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2-3 years’ experience in substance use or mental health nursing
• Familiarity with Opioid Agonist Therapy principles
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and communication
