Job Description: Reporting to the Lead Health Coach, the Sexual Health Coach provides direct patient coaching and education while supporting local research implementation, data collection, program evaluation, and quality improvement activities.



Working collaboratively with the Lead Health Coach, Holistic Healing Team, Leslie & Irene Dub Urology Centre of Health, national SHAReClinic partners, and research collaborators, the position contributes to the delivery and evaluation of a high-quality provincial survivorship program that advances patient outcomes and informs national standards in oncology sexual health.
