What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Management & Execution (60%)
You'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing Managers to develop campaign strategies and execution plans.
- Prepare campaign briefs for internal Centres of Excellence (COEs) and external agency partners.
- Develop campaign targeting matrices to identify customer segments and measure campaign success.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and key project milestones.
- Lead Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to campaign deployment.
- Coordinate approvals across marketing, legal, compliance, translation, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, including opens, clicks, engagement, conversions, and assets acquired.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to continuously optimize performance and customer engagement.
Help create engaging digital experiences that educate, inform, and strengthen relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop business cases supporting content-driven marketing initiatives.
- Repurpose investment news, educational content, and internal resources into compelling digital communications.
- Create marketing content that supports customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
- Analyze content performance and recommend enhancements that improve engagement and key performance indicators (KPIs).
A key focus of this role will be shaping and optimizing the end-to-end client experience across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Map, analyze, and continuously optimize end-to-end client journeys across multiple lines of business.
- Identify customer pain points, friction areas, and opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and customer advocacy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop lifecycle marketing strategies that balance customer needs with business objectives.
- Use customer insights, analytics, and campaign performance data to recommend improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Help deliver personalized, relevant communications throughout every stage of the client lifecycle.
Innovation & Process Improvement (10%)
Help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution and improve production efficiency.
- Research competitor activity and emerging marketing trends.
- Recommend new ideas that improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Support continuous improvements to marketing processes and customer experiences.
Relationship Management (10%)
Success in this role depends on strong collaboration across multiple teams.
You'll:
- Partner closely with internal Centres of Excellence (COEs) and external marketing agencies.
- Collaborate with analytics teams before and after campaign launches to continuously optimize results.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Work with business partners to create a seamless and consistent customer experience across marketing channels.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign coordination, lifecycle marketing, or copywriting.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and marketing metrics.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with CRM or customer lifecycle marketing.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and database management.
- Experience working with email marketing campaigns.
- Financial services or investment industry experience.
- Experience working with external marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and marketing analytics.
Education
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Round 3: 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview with the Marketing Director
The interview process will primarily focus on behavioral questions, marketing experience, project management, and collaboration. Candidates should be prepared to discuss previous campaigns they've supported and provide examples of marketing or copywriting work.
