Role Description
The Insurance Broker is a full-time, in office role located in Moose Jaw, SK. This role involves advising clients on insurance products, assessing coverage needs, and recommending suitable policies across home, tenant, commercial, auto, travel, and health insurance. The Insurance Broker will prepare quotes, process policy applications, amendments, renewals, and cancellations, and handle SGI-related transactions such as vehicle registrations and permits where applicable to the role. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring regulatory and company compliance.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with the ability to assess risks and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management.
- Provincial insurance broker licensing (or eligibility to obtain) and familiarity with SGI processes and regulations.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently.
- Comfort working with digital systems for policy administration, documentation, and client communication.
- Prior experience in a brokerage or insurance agency environment is an asset.
