With at least three years of Canadian experience, you will manage Accounts Payable tasks, process reconciliations, and support the Assistant Controller. Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process Accounts Payable transactions daily
• Resolve vendor-related issues through effective communication
• Guarantee prompt payment and capture early discounts




• Manage bank and credit card account reconciliations
• Review and reconcile invoices with corresponding purchase orders
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a similar accounting role
• Proficient in bookkeeping and accounting practices
• Understanding of ERP systems for financial operations
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical and communication skills required
