You will assist in maintaining a vibrant recreation program, ensuring timely completion of documentation and participating in program evaluations. Additionally, you will maintain the well-being of recreational equipment and supplies. Flexibility is key, as you may work various shifts and travel for training within the province.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete necessary documentation including Resident Assessments
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and quality improvement of services
• Maintain recreational supplies and equipment following safety standards




• Perform duties across diverse shifts including weekends
• Collaborate with the Program Manager on operational issues
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Recreation and Leisure Studies or related field
• Active enrollment in a relevant program to be completed in three years
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings preferred
• Capacity to adjust to changing priorities in a care setting
• Ability to provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check
