FSB GROUP LTD. is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Lines TSR, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Personal Lines team and ensuring client files and policy transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with Power Broker, Compu-Quote, and insurance company portals
- Interpreting MVR and AutoPlus reports
- Updating and maintaining client files in our Broker Management System, Power Broker
- Processing and assisting with new business applications, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions
- Providing technical and administrative support to other members of the Personal Lines team

What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with insurance company portals
- Previous experience in the general insurance industry is an asset
- Knowledge of Power Broker is a strong asset
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, electronic-file environment
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team

Compensation

$42,000–$51,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
