Key Responsibilities:
- Offer legal advice to Yukon Courts and judiciary
- Engage in procedural and substantive legal matters
- Supervise and guide judicial assistants and students
- Collaborate with the Chief Justice and Chief Judge
- Conduct independent legal research and analysis
Requirements:
- Experience in litigation or solicitor law
- Positive standing with Law Society of Yukon
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
- Understanding of Yukon First Nations history
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
