This position entails developing, negotiating, and managing contracts that facilitate clinical research initiatives within our long-term care settings. Collaborate with health professionals to enhance the quality of care provided to Residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate contracts for clinical research projects
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with clinical teams to align care goals




• Mentor current staff on contract procedures and processes
• Drive quality improvement projects for better outcomes
Requirements:
• Experience with clinical trials and contract negotiations
• Registration in good standing with the CNO
• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
