Key Responsibilities:
• Lead trade activities with a focus on safety and compliance
• Deliver product and customer quality standards consistently
• Manage schedules and assign responsibilities to trades employees

• Address technical trade issues and implement solutions
Requirements:
• Red Seal Steamfitter/Pipefitter certification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of trades experience plus 3 years in supervision
• Knowledge of shipbuilding and heavy manufacturing trades
• Solid communication and time-management skills
• Ability to lead discussions and resolve conflicts
