As a member of the Supported-Independent Living Program, you'll play a critical role in providing tailored support and fostering community connections. Your focus will be on scheduling, enhancing self-determination, and supporting individuals in leading fulfilling lives. This position requires a commitment to communication and a team-oriented spirit to support a vision of inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule service hours based on individual preferences
• Assist in safety and self-determination skill development
• Promote health,



choice, and skill-building activities
• Organize community engagement opportunities
• Build supportive environments fostering inclusion
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Successful completion of a criminal record check
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Initiative and dependability in service
• Willingness to work flexible hours
Lead individuals towards self-sufficiency and belonging within their community.
