Salary Range: $23.14 - $28.92 per hour
Status: Temporary Full-time (1 year)

Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant I is a key front desk role that exercises judgement and decision-making to provide clerical/administrative services with a strong customer service focus.
Duties
- Laboratory financial administrative tasks (purchasing, expense reconciliation, budget tracking)
- Track lab travel expenses and fill out the expense reimbursement forms for the lab
- Administrative support for research ethics renewals, amendments, documentation tracking
- Onboarding and coordination of students, staff,and visiting trainees
- Calendar, email and meeting management
- Maintaining laboratory records and documentation
- Assisting with grant and manuscript administrative requirements
- Coordinating signatures, approvals and institutional documentation
- General laboratory operations and administrative support
- Community College Diploma in General or Medical Office or equivalent Administration
