Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) for part-time roles in Mississauga . This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients, with the flexibility to choose from various shifts. As an RPN, you will provide high-quality care in long-term care facilities and other healthcare settings, contributing significantly to the well‑being of patients.

Compensation:

- $32 - $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments to monitor health progress
- Develop, implement, and revise personalized care plans based on the evolving needs of each patient
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing protocols and facility policies




- Provide direct patient care, ensuring high standards of practice and adherence to the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health and safety standards

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RPN) Degree from an accredited institution
- Active Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum 1-year experience in long-term care, seniors' homes, or hospital settings
- BLS/ACLS & eCTAS Certifications (asset)
- Availability for shifts across all times (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
- Proficiency in MS Word and email communication
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC): Required (valid within 1 year)
- TB Test: Required (valid within 6 months)
- Proof of current MMRV immunization required
- N95 Mask Fit Test Certification: Required
