Support student success in Grades 7–9 as an Educational Assistant at STEM Innovation Academy. This full-time role focuses on delivering behavioral and emotional support in a collaborative learning environment.
This temporary position runs from August to November, with potential for extension. As the Educational Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and administration to provide support for students with diverse learning needs. Your contributions will enhance their educational experience and build a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect data to evaluate student learning and behavior
• Monitor and adapt educational programs based on findings
• Support classroom teachers and Student Services Team Lead




• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:
• Related post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting diverse learning needs
