This role involves utilizing communication techniques, providing personal care, and empowering clients in daily living activities. You will engage with clients in their home and community environments while documenting care processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in their home and community settings
• Use communication techniques for information relay
• Empower clients in personal hygiene and meal preparation




• Provide personal care including transfers and medication support
• Assist with developing individual goals and documentation
Requirements:
• College diploma in relevant human services program
• Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health
• Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Clean driving record and ability to lift 35-50 lbs
