Our energy & resources client is seeking a SeniorData Analyst (10+ years) to perform advanced data entry and reporting using MS Forms, Power Apps, and data analytics processes ( 21869)

This role supports advanced data entry and analytics activities within an oil & gas environment handling confidential and sensitive information. The position includes high-volume alphanumeric data processing, report generation, error correction, and support across multiple systems. Candidates will also contribute to data entry standard operating practices and provide guidance to staff after establishing expertise in the work.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in data analytics , advanced data entry , and report generation
- MS Forms , Power Apps , and Access
- Alpha/Numeric data processing, error correction , and confidential information handling
- 10 key adding machine operation and 10,000 keystrokes per hour
- High school and post-secondary education preferred

Nice to Have

- Development of simple standard operating practices for data entry tasks
- Guidance and support of staff on data entry processes

Responsibilities

- Input alpha/numeric data into multiple systems
- Proof work for accuracy and completeness




- Prioritize work through coding and sorting activities
- Maintain accurate records related to inputted data
- Generate reports on inputted data
- Perform simple mechanical adjustments including switching sets and changing control features
