In this casual position reporting to the Recreation Manager, you will assist in crafting and implementing tailored activities for residents. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining necessary records and communicating with residents and families about events and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning and executing resident programs
• Maintain program records and assessments for individual participation
• Facilitate residents’ outings and activities
• Communicate effectively with residents and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in team planning sessions focusing on residents' needs
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or related studies
• Experience working with seniors is essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must present current Vulnerable Sector Check
