In this role, you’ll be accountable for executing maintenance schedules and conducting inspections on fire, HVAC, and emergency systems. You’ll also provide excellent tenant service by addressing repair requests and support various construction projects under the Operations Manager's guidance. Your proactive approach and solid organizational skills will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine maintenance on site equipment and systems
• Maintain fire alarm and life safety compliance checks
• Respond to tenant service requests in a timely manner




• Assist in supervising contractors during construction tasks
• Oversee general maintenance and cleanliness of sites
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and operational tools
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities
• Capable of lifting 50lbs and working at heights
• Reliable Transportation and preferable Driver’s License
