As the Plant Electrical Engineer, you will advance reliability strategies and improve performance of electrical systems at our facility. Collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, and E&I; teams, your expertise will reduce equipment failures and enhance predictive maintenance programs. This role involves leading investigations into reliability issues and the implementation of structured problem-solving techniques.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop reliability programs for major electrical systems • Lead asset criticality reviews and lifecycle planning • Investigate electrical reliability issues and troubleshoot effectively • Optimize predictive and preventive maintenance programs • Ensure compliance with safety and corporate standards

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Registered P.Eng. in Alberta • 5–10 years of industrial electrical reliability experience • Experience in continuous manufacturing environments • Robust root cause investigation skills
