The Beauty Advisor - K-Beauty develops long-lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty on the retail floor. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and achieving individual and brand sales targets. Compensation is commission-based and tied to sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and clienteling
- Share expert product knowledge and participate in vendor and internal educational sessions
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks
- Communicate with personal clients via phone,
mail, and electronic methods and resolve customer service issues
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commission-based retail sales workplace
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets; prior luxury retail experience preferred
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong teamwork and multitasking skills
