Elevate your SAS programming experience as a SAS Developer with Insight Global, supporting a Tier One financial institution in Toronto on a 12-month hybrid contract.

This role requires strong hands-on experience developing SAS code and complex queries within the banking or financial services sector. The selected candidates will optimize performance for Financial Planners and Brokers, focusing on data manipulation, bug fixes, and enhancing code. You will work closely with Scorecard teams to develop data marks that populate scorecard reports and track key performance indicators effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and maintain SAS code in a production environment • Write and troubleshoot complex SAS and SQL queries • Support data manipulations and optimizations for scorecard reporting • Collaborate with teams on new enhancements and bug fixes • Identify and develop data marks for performance tracking

Requirements: • 2+ years in banking, financial services, or insurance • Robust experience in SAS coding and SQL • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus • Capability to work on a hybrid schedule • Understanding of performance metrics in financial contexts
