You'll utilize your expertise in college processes, monitor inbox inquiries, and offer transparent guidance about admissions. The role requires a focus on cultural sensitivity as you respond to diverse inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first contact for admissions inquiries via email and virtual chat
• Respond professionally to students, parents, and faculty inquiries
• Manage shared inboxes to ensure timely responses




• Collaborate with Admissions Officers and internal departments
• Guide students through the International Application Service (OCAS) portal
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in relevant field
• At least two years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, especially with non-native English speakers
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced role
