• Assist in planning recreational programs tailored to residents
• Evaluate and adapt activities based on dementia levels

• Organize supplies and set up program areas
• Document attendance and encourage resident participation
Requirements:
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Ability to engage warmly with elderly residents
• College diploma in leisure services is an asset
• Current vulnerable sector screening and TB testing required
• Experience or interest in music therapy is beneficial
