Reporting to the clinical manager, you will be responsible for managing new complaints efficiently. Your work will involve careful coordination with complaint navigators and leadership, ensuring all complaints are recorded accurately in the CPSBC’s database. You will facilitate communication between various departments and external stakeholders to support productive complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and summarize new complaints received via various channels
• Liaise with teams to gather necessary complaint information
• Coordinate meetings and distribute documentation in advance




• Track ongoing complaint matters and ensure follow-ups
• Prepare and manage confidential communications
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion with a two-year office administration diploma
• Health care background or familiarity with medical language preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft software and proficiency in editing
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions
