Lusso Modern Home is looking for a creative, friendly, and organized individual to join our showroom team in Thornhill.

Responsibilities:

- Help customers select furniture and design their homes
- Provide product information, quotations, and design recommendations
- Follow up with customers, suppliers, and existing orders
- Coordinate deliveries and keep customers updated
- Prepare invoices and maintain accurate order records
- Style the showroom and update product displays
- Edit and update products, prices, photos, and information on our WordPress website
- Assist with inventory, administrative work, and daily store operations
- Build relationships with customers and interior designers

Qualifications:

- Robust interest in furniture and interior design
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and online systems
- Experience editing WordPress or e-commerce websites
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with sales and customer follow-ups
- Interior design or furniture sales experience is an asset
- Knowledge of design software is an asset
