As a Sales Coordinator reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, managing logistics, and providing customer service. You'll support the sales team with promotional materials and ensure efficient order processing for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in meeting quarterly sales objectives
• Manage the coordination of departmental communications
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve issues
• Update and maintain CRM customer records
• Compile and send sales and inventory updates
Requirements:
• 2+ years in sales or customer service support
• Solid organizational abilities and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with CRM systems for data entry
• Fluency in additional languages is preferable
