Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Coachable – positive attitude, willing to learn and take direction
- Work individually while having the support of the entire team
- Sales experience is an asset but not required

Daily Tasks

- Outbound calling & appointment setting – to schedule virtual client meetings
- Present the permanent benefits packages using the scripts and needs analysis system over Zoom
- Full training provided, no experience necessary.
- Report daily numbers
- Attend optional training classes
- Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for coverage
