The ȽÁU,WELNEW Elementary School and W̱SÁNEĆ Leadership Secondary School are looking for flexible Education Assistants across all levels. Responsibilities include assisting students with diverse social, emotional, and academic needs and potentially reassigning based on the operational landscape. The role requires a team-oriented approach with teachers to ensure a supportive learning environment for students from nursery through grade 12.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and implementation of educational strategies
• Assist students with physical, emotional, and academic needs




• Reassign based on operational requirements as needed
• Collaborate with teachers in maintaining student well-being
• Evaluate and adapt support strategies regularly
Requirements:
• EA Level 1: Grade 12 or GED
• EA Level 2: Related diploma and one-year experience
• EA Level 3: Special needs educator certification required
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License preferred
