Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance the enterprise applications that enable their Supply Chain Management team.

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance the enterprise applications that enable their Supply Chain Management team. Working closely with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders, you'll provide day-to-day user support, deliver system enhancements, and help improve the tools and processes that support procurement and contract management.

This role is 5 days in office in downtown Calgary and is 6 months to start with a strong possibility of extension.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, supporting users, improving business systems, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise applications.

Must haves:

- Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a business systems or business analyst capacity
- Experience gathering business requirements and supporting system enhancements and process improvements
- Experience supporting ERP, contract management, or procurement systems
- Experience providing user support, troubleshooting, and end-user training
- Experience working with business stakeholders to improve business processes and system adoption

Nice to have:





- Experience with Ivalua Contract Lifecycle Management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Experience with Omega 365 / PIMS
- Supply Chain or Procurement experience
- Experience in the Energy industry

What you will be doing :

- Provide day-to-day support for Supply Chain enterprise applications, including contract management and ERP systems.
- Gather business requirements and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support end users.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve business processes.
- Support reporting, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain system
