T. Doyle Transport Ltd. is looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan.

As a family-owned transportation company with over 40 years in business, we are seeking a hands-on professional to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This position works closely with ownership, logistics personel, and our external accounting firm.

Responsibilities

- Oversee full-cycle accounting
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Complete month-end reconciliations and regulatory filings (GST, payroll, Fuel Tax, etc.)
- Preparation of Annual Plate Renewal, and Insurance Renewal
- Support budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with our external accounting firm for year-end reporting




- Assist in daily operational logistics

Qualifications

- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting
- Transportation or logistics experience is required
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Axon experience is an asset)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
