As part of a vibrant team, you will engage with youth in multiple Residential Services Programs. This position focuses on mentorship, resource navigation, and promoting life skills development, all within a trauma-informed framework. Your insights will enrich the service delivery and program evaluations at Covenant House, helping to foster a secure and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage youth across Residential Services programs
• Foster trust through authentic mentorship
• Support youth in discovering community resources
• Organize and lead life skills workshops
• Document youth interactions and program participation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Training in Peer Support is beneficial
• Understanding of community and mental health services
• Effective communication skills
• Vulnerable Sector Check mandatory
