Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with bathing and personal care for residents
• Transfer residents using appropriate safety equipment
• Support residents during meals and snacks
• Provide routine treatments as directed by the Staff Nurse
• Accompany residents to activities and appointments
Requirements:
• One year of experience in continuing care preferred
• Completion of recognized Personal Care Aide Certificate
• Active registration with CLHA
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Post-secondary education is an asset
