As the Food Services Manager, you'll oversee meal planning and preparation, ensuring the highest food safety standards. You will also train kitchen staff and volunteers, manage inventory, and support a transformative mission that helps vulnerable populations. Your work will provide over 500 daily meals with dignity and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee daily meal service
• Supervise and develop kitchen staff and volunteers
• Manage inventory, donations, and food storage
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Support programming for seasonal events and services
Requirements:
• 3 years of kitchen experience, 2 in a management role
• Must have valid Food Protected certification
• Experience in multi-site food service preferred
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Compassionate approach to service
