We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join the team. Candidates must be prepared to attend on-site testing and interviews, with immediate availability upon successful completion.

Schedule: 8am to 4h30pm

Salary: depends on level of expertise and experience on the Raymond Reach

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate the Raymond Reach Trucks and Walkie
- Perform receiving, order picking, shipping, inventory control, and cycle counts
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to support operations
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets
- Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work at heights (Order Picker)
- Participate in cycle counts, move pallets,



and maintain a clean warehouse setting
- Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety standards

Requirements

- Valid forklift certification (Raymond Reach and Walkie)
- Experience with RF-based WMS systems (e.g., Red Prairie)
- Secondary school diploma preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work safely at heights
- Safety-conscious and aware of MHE protocols and facility security procedures
