At S&R; Seniors Living, we prioritiza our residents' well-being, and the Wellness and Care Planning Nurse supports this mission. You will assist the Director of Wellness by maintaining health records and ensuring compliance, alongside coordinating care with Ontario Health and physicians. This role, requiring robust communication skills, is crucial for improving residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and updating resident wellness goals
• Maintain health information for all residents
• Support wellness team in their absence




• Coordinate physician visits and community services
• Champion Health and Safety practices within the home
Requirements:
• RPN or higher designation with current registration
• 3-5 years of nursing experience
• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and nursing software
