Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the safe operation of the mining crew
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee efficiency
• Manage truck, shovel, drilling, and blasting activities




• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams
Requirements:
• Valid Open Pit Shift Boss certificate
• Minimum three years in open pit operations
• Knowledge of BC mining health and safety code
• Experience with Wenco Dispatch system preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
