Job Description – Floorhand (Entry-Level)
As a Floorhand,you’llplay a key role in rig operations while gaining valuable hands‑on experience.You'llbe responsible fora variety of physically demanding tasks on the rig, including:
- Operating manual tongs and slips to connect/disconnect tubulars
- Assistingin rig maintenance, cleaning, and organization
- Supporting the rig crew in daily drilling activities
- Participating in safety procedures andidentifyingpotential hazards
- Attending training and development programs to enhance your skills
What We NeedFromYou:
- 2+ years ofrecentoutdoor heavy labour experience (or oil rig experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass drug and fitness assessments
- Physically fit – capable oflifting upto 75lbs
- Commitment to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures
