You will provide an exceptional welcoming experience for clients and their pets while assisting the Veterinary staff. Responsibilities include managing appointment bookings, invoicing, handling communications, and maintaining cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming workplace for clients and pets
• Manage incoming calls and book appointments
• Handle client correspondence via email and phone




• Assist Veterinary staff with treatments and tasks
• Maintain cleanliness in reception and examination areas
Requirements:
• Experience in client services or the veterinary industry
• Strong customer service skills to ease clients
• Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Office Assistant certification is a plus
• Passion for small companion animals
• Willingness for shift-sharing at other locations
